Terrence Howard, known for his roles in “Iron Man” and “The Butler,” has made claims that he is unable to pay the amount of spousal support owed to his current ex-wife, which may be of interest to his Texas fans. He stated that he is only making about $6,000 a month, which is insufficient to pay the $325,000 he owes.

Howard claimed that part of the reason that he could not pay the spousal support was because his income goes to his first ex-wife, whom he was married to for 14 years. He reportedly owes her a certain amount for child support and spousal support, and she cuts him a monthly check once her expenses have been covered.

The actor ultimately requested that the judge throw out the settlement that he made with his newest ex-wife, stating that they were only married for a year. Additionally, he made claims that she blackmailed him into signing an agreement that he knew that he could not afford to pay. The agreement reportedly occurred after his ex-wife filed for a protective order, claiming that he physically abused her. Howard agreed to stay away from her but signed the court agreement without admitting guilt or liability.

Going through a divorce can be a difficult process.
